This Hawaiian name for family is symbolic and a perfect representation of the Yong family.
Pua and Julie Yong dated for close to 9 years as Continental Airline employees. Upon Pua’s early retirement they became a Ohana in 2005 and were married
in Hawaii.
They became a perfect blended family. Pua’s children then grown (Gary and CiAna) welcomed Julie into the Yong family. Soon their family grew with the births of Kyle and Makena.
The Yong family relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia from Hawaii in 2018 to be close to family in the area and to now provide authentic Hawaiian Island BBQ grill via food truck services as well to of catering services to organizations and private parties in the local Lynchburg area.

The Aloha Hut Catering Services is an authentic Hawaiian , family and veteran owned and operated business. It provides to the community a fusion of authentic Hawaiian Island style grill beef, pulled pork, teriyaki chicken sandwiches or lunch/dinner plates and generous sides. As well, The Aloha Hut accommodates traditional plated meals upon request.
